Pollinator survey in LIFE-Goodstream wetlands

We have started to prepare for the survey of our pollinator investigation we have ongoing in 14 wetlands, where some are LIFE-Goodstream measures.
Today was “surveyor calibration” where Björn described the methods so we all collect data in the same way without bias. In transects going from the wetland shoreline and 30-50 m perpendicular to the wetlands we will investigate frequency of flowers (flowering units) and the pollinators. The data will be related to e.g. elevation, soil moisture and surrounding landscape structures in the near area.
