New study on pollinators and PFAS started

We have started a new study on how polinators perform in the LIFE-Goodstream area (Kistingebäcken industry area).

We have located 11 nest boxes inside and outside of the industry area of Kistinge where we measured very high PFAS concentrations. At each nest box is added a container with Osmia bicornis and we will investigate nesting behaviour. The nest boxes are specially designed and small containers with the bees are placed at each nest box.  The below photos show some stages in the procedure.
